Lead sales and operations of 2060 Digital Chicago (certified Google Partner), a division of Hubbard Radio Chicago. Responsible for top line revenue and the productivity of the division and its team members. Identify marketplace opportunities, help account executives prospect, engage new clients and develop proposals, while ensuring client satisfaction. This position reports to the Vice President and Market Manager Hubbard Chicago.


Hubbard Broadcasting is an industry leader and consists of over 40 radio stations, 10 TV stations, F&F Production, the REELZ Channel & 2060 Digital. Hubbard Broadcasting is a well-respected, nearly 100 year-old family-owned business. Coast to coast operations allow ample promotional and developmental opportunities in this employee-centric organization. Individual stations operate with minimal corporate oversight to allow local market focus.


  • Previous management experience of a digital media or advertising sales and operations team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital trends and opportunities including but not limited to SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, Paid Search, Content Marketing, Database Marketing, & CRM
  • Proven ability to hire, train and develop sales and operations team members 
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Valid driver's license and insurability
  • Ability to work and thrive in fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment.
  • Thirsty for knowledge, continually pushing to learn more
  • Work with Account Executives to create digital marketing opportunities and present digital/integrated advertising strategies to clients.
  • Track client's success with existing digital/integrated campaigns and collaborate with 2060 Digital team on strategies to retain business year to year.
  • Educate and support the sales team as the digital sales manager
  • Collaborate, initiate, and prioritize the projects of the Ad Operations Magers and Digital Brand Strategists.
  • Forecast and exceed annual and monthly revenue budgets
  • Set and manage individual team member goals and AE revenue goals
  • Manage pricing for 2060 Digital and Hubbard Radio digital products and services
  • Maintain Google Partner progress including but not limited to: certifications, training, additional product development and research, as well as sales collateral
  • Update sales materials to reflect current offerings and provide relevant examples of 2060 Digital’s work.
  • Research and analyze potential customers, current customers, competition, and vendors.
